What kind of rewards are available?

Is the staking custodial or non-custodial?

Non-custodial. We do not take authority over your assets. You may unstake your digital asset(s) at anytime. We have an in-house indexer set up that checks if you still have the staked asset in your wallet. If you move your asset(s) to a different wallet, your rewards will stop accumulating.

How much time does it take to set up a rewards page?

From the first step, until your custom staking page is ready, the process usually takes between 20 to 60 minutes.

How long does it take for my staking page to go live?

If during the setup process every step was done correctly and the information provided is sufficient, the newly setup staking page should go live within 48 hours, once our admins approve the application.

Can I stake multiple assets from the same collection?

Yes, you can stake as many assets as you would like, all at once.

How long does a staking transaction take?

Depending on the Bitcoin Network, a staking transaction can take anywhere from 10 minutes to a few hours. We are actively streamlining this process to make it as efficient as possible.

How can I monitor my staking rewards?

Our platform is very intuitive and easy to read. You will be able to track your staking rewards directly on your selected project’s platform.

Are there any scheduled maintenance? If yes, how often and how long does it take?

Maintenance will be conducted during less-trafficked hours and will normally not impact user performance. Major service downtime will be announced prior to changes being deployed.

What happens if I forget to claim my staking rewards?

Your staking rewards will keep accumulating until you decide to claim them. There is no penalty if you don’t collect them periodically.
